I have three beautiful nieces and as each one graduates from high school, I am recruited to help design and create the theme for their proms.  When Candice graduated the theme was an evening in Paris – the Eiffel tower welcomed the students and canvas sketches of Parisian themes done in blue and red decorated the room.

Four years later Samantha is graduating and the theme is a Venetian Masquerade. Together with the help of the prom committee, we spent several weekends working on the display and the masks.

Here are some of the masks we created and the work in progress.  I’ll post the finished work on Friday – the day of the prom.  One more prom to help with in three years when Ciera graduates.
